I'm 20 now, and looking back all I can think is who looks at an 11 year old admitting depression, who cuts, and does nothing... off track... I mean, before then, I had no idea why I did it, it just felt right. I wasn't depressed when I started.

So I am curious if others start young just because the feeling's right

Aww I'm so sorry you have BDD. It's so sad all of us see this beautifu gorgeous girl but you can't see yourself the way we see you. I really don't think you should get a nosejob because 1. it look so gorgeous, and 2. it's proven that most people suffering from BDD who decide to get surgery never get happy and just find more "flaws" they want to "fix".
