So far your vids are great. And i def hope u make like 1-50 or so of these cuz my professor likes to teach in puzzle language, i hate it. you straight up teach organic like it needs to be taught. If you could do addition, elimination, substitution reactions. I know your busy in Egypt thanks for your time.

I liked this video! I actually could follow along and learn quite a bit! Question: Are trans structures are in general more stable? So, this is why transfats appear in the hydrogenation process? But a cis-fat contains more energy, and for this reason supplies the body with a little bit more energy per unit mass?
