There was a stupid glitch at this point. After I killed Flemeth in the fade the damn music was still playing and the game thought I was still in a battle so I couldn't leave. Pissed me off.

When I did this i killed Flemeth by cutting off her head, Flemeth got back up with her head missing and the cutscene between her and Morrigan happened again.

@supman29090 it happens if you talk to some one wile the battle is not YET officially finnished it can be a pain in the ass seeing the cut scene twice. And it includes bugs too like in the orphanage in the alienage the first demon that blind templar talk to locks the dors for the battle but if you triguer that glitch the dors will remain locked as if you didnt kill the demon and you get stuck in that room better have saved before!
