Try turning Aircraft Self Shadowing off, and try turning Global Texture Resolution down a bit. Did wonders for me.

It's a post-editing trick. I record slowly and then i speed it up!

i record with fsrecorder and put 1/5 speed so i got 25 fps. Then when i edit put speed to 500% and fps goes to 100 and every lag disappears!!!

I knew about that. Slowly record and then speed up. But Vegas won't let me speed the video up, I move the velocity slider and vegas cuts 10 seconds from the beginning and the end but no speed difference. just parts of the clip missing.

Hold down Control and it will change the speed instead of the tempo.
