I train at home and so i do not have a calf raise machine. My son jumps on my back and i love Donkey calf raises!! these and one leg DB calf raises and it works.
i totally messed that up when i wrote it, i realized about a second after posting it that i sounded retarded. sorry about that.
what i meant to say was "saying that training legs heavy wont grow your legs, makes you lose credibility" and i only say this because i do have allot of respect for you and your videos and i do think you have allot of credibility. but thinking back i probably shouldnt have posted, awesome videos man. thanks for making them.
@geoleeman I don't think you heard that correct. I've never said that. I said that legs are the foundation of your body and training them makes everything grow. I did say that I can't train mine as hard anymore because I tore both quads off.
Even if they did, I don't think Arnold would have even had the money to have such a procedure done. You gotta remember, this was before he got his break in movies. He probably did piecemeal things here and there though.
Just been into bodybuilding myself for a little over a year, so still got a long way to go, am also training to be a pro wrestler, so any insights and tips I can get are invaluable;
@ricdrasin Yeah I was watching a few of them last night, very insightfull!
I'm training in Plymouth, in the U.K, so quite a long way from you guys, lol;
The advantage though is most British trainers are more old school and focus on training you to wrestle, rarther than just jumping around the ring randomly!
But like I said, I'm still in training, and still trying to gain all the knowlege and insight I can, so I'll definitely be checking out more of your vids!
thanks ric !! it's been all said already in the posts. keep the sories coming. love them. i for one want to know everything of sport back than. workouts,diet,supps,rest,everything. thanks again !
Be sure to get to Arnold and all the guys nutrition Ric! You've hit on it some, low carb/high protein, but the details would be great! How many meals a day, supplements (if any)! These are great, keep up the GREAT work!
God you've had some awesome Experiences havent you! Your So lucky, i love hearing these stories! Please keep doing them, Its so cool learning stuff from you about the thing I love so Much ^^

NO telling. It can happen to anyone and it's common. I tore them wrestling but heavy weight does weaken the tendons and they can snap
