  • You are right, ombralunga5; Bruninghaus is one of the most gifted pianists I ever heard.

already ... He is a wonderful creator of sounds

  • He is an amazing musician and instrumentalist. His musicianship and advanced romantic-impresionist language in jazz has created a strong influence over various painists as well as myself. I am sorry ECM did not created more works with his band, Stockhausen and Marcus Studer were a great ensemble. His brilliantly playing with Eberhard Weber, whom as well is an amazing musician. I am left with wanting to hear more of his creative images in sounds.

  • I've been listening Brüninghaus are no words too ... it's really a shame that it has not properly acknowledged his talent, that is why I have put here this unique exhibition

  • I heard Eberhard Weber's group Colurs and their album Yellow Fields back in the 70s (saw them live -I'm that old) and was captivated by Bruninghaus's understated quality (not to mention Charlie Mariano and Weber himself)

  • Yes! I agree ... surprising and exciting

  • A great pianist, a big influence on the way I can both hear Classical and Jazz within the same breadth.
