Yeah, you can do it without the jump pack or explosives no probs. I did it in 1:25 on my first go. Straight after the start just jump down to the first couple of pipes and hammer the shit out of one end. Go about halfway so your over the pipes below and hammer through and fall down. repeat until you get to the walker then jump back up and finish off with the walkers arms.

Then why don't you all explain how to do it with just the hammer, instead of talking about it.

With just the hammer (I did this on my second try and beat pro score): get on the highest set of pipes and smash in both pipes, then run through the pipes to the other side and smash that end apart. The top pipes will fall down and break the other two rows of pipes under it.
