I remember watching this years ago and was delighted to stumble upon this again, so Cheers for uploading this. I remember at the time i first saw this i was blown away that after watching the side splittingly funny show Lee then produced this beautiful song showing off his multitude of talent.
@1solutionIsolation agreed. it's always nice with Lee how he does pure jokes and comedy for 2 hours straight and then shows you his other side. It must drive you mental repeating the same jokes over and over just being thought of as a funny man by everyone.
i love all of lee evans' songs, they are so funny but at the same time you can tell hes trying to actually talk to everyone about himself and how he feels. Must be hard for someone that has to be funny all the time and cant ever actually get across what they are thinking.

It bugs me when they play Live In Scotland on Paramount Comedy though. Because they cut out most of the verses so the only one he sings is the "Bottle of sleeping pills" one. They also cut out the bit where he holds the note and says "sorry, sorry, sorry. I could see you was getting into it!"
So anyone who doesn't have the DVD doesn't know how truly classic this song really is!

Sometimes I tire of his stand up but his funny songs I could listen to all day! He should definitely write more, they're amazing.
