For all the ignorant, doom and gloom, I hate America EPA followers, here's a C02 education. C02 is a natural element! You can't base a few results in a few locations and use that to represent the entire globe. Plants require C02 for the creation of 02 and life. C02 is why there is life. Summer months in each respective hemisphere have low C02 levels. Winter months have high. It balances out. Mt. Pinatubo released more C02 in 10 seconds than ALL of human civilization combined! We're still here!

@tBusket ive never been in favor of re-distrubtionist policies but this CO2 crap is going to cost us sooooo much money that I have been pushing that, when the Warmists are proven wrong we re-distrubute their wealth because of the unnessasary burden they have placed society with. Every one of them should have to pay 70% tax over a 10 year period if they are wrong. that money would be then paid as a negative income tax to everyone as compensation.

The way I see it you're either center-right like Obama, Reid, and Pelosi, or your so far to the right you make Kaiser Wilhelm look like a socialist. There is no such thing as a progressive party in the United States and there is no such thing as radical reform. There is either slight reform or none, there is either 1 bailout or a larger one, no exit plan for Iraq but an entry plan for someplace else, and neither party likes welfare unless it is for the bankers or the military industrial complex.

Being "radical" isn't necessarily a negative thing. FDR and Reagan were far more "radical," and that's good or bad depending on your own political opinion.
Obama on the other hand is hardly radical, he's about as centrist as a president gets. He's very similar to clinton in this way.

Lincoln was the most radical president, he condoned the execution on noncombatant confederates and terroristic attacks on confederate civilians and if you think the civil wars was all about slavery you are way off there too. Lincoln did not like black people and could care less about slavery. The only reason it became an issue is because it stopped England from siding with the confederacy due to their dependence on the south's cotton.

The wars are still going on and being funded with even more money. Obama is far more radical then Bush when it comes to spending and policies. He has increased welfare and medicaid in the stimulus and both omnibus spending bills. He has bailed out Fannie and Freddie and the Car companies with unlimited funds of your money.
