Perhaps, but I'd have to hear it to believe it. Like I said, you could probably get close with formants, but for it to be convincing it'd have to analyze large amounts voice data and make a model of someone's voice based on that. And that would still only be a model and it probably still wouldn't be convincing 100% of the time.
Regarding your first musical idea. What is the point, when you can do this sort of thing with more control and scope by playing it with your fingers on a traditional instrument. Is this not just a novelty
I've got one of those babies (kyma and capybara) in my school but before I can make those sort of things, I still have to study much.. and spend hours reading the manual..
do a google search for Symbolic Sound and you'll see why that's unlikely to happen anytime soon. The Capybara hardware is a vital piece of equipment for this kind of real-time audio work.

Does anyone know a sound program that can scan a voice pattern and talk like them?
TheIcemanModdeler 2 years ago
@TheIcemanModdeler I don't think that's possible. You could perhaps get close using formants or something, but it's non-trivial to say the least.
Tplkkvkk 1 year ago
@Tplkkvkk A friend of mine said that they could use this program to do that.

how you connect the sensor bar to the laptop?
cmnweb 4 years ago
noob! sensor bar its only two lighting points.
The Wiimote need two lighting points to make vector positions.
CrakerMc 3 years ago
ok thanks CrackMc.
Somebody now how this guy connect the sensor bar to the laptop? in case of he use the nintendo sensor bar, what kind of adapter used?
cmnweb 3 years ago
No no, I Explain:
Sensor bar can be do it your own by simply two candles or tho leds powered by batery or something similar, ok?
This guy connect the sensor bar on a normal wii because he need only power on the sensor bar, or connect to a 5V point soldering ;)

now i understand¡¡, thanks for your time =P

it's all bluetooth. Anything that communicates by bluetooth is compatible with the wiimote.

How are people doing this without a Wii game console? Is there a software version of the Wii console running on the Mac?
TaraBahait 4 years ago
Via the bluetooth adapter that is in most Macs nowadays. The Wiimote communicates with the Wii through Bluetooth.
