Nice review.

The Han Solo in the 8097 Slave 1 set is an exclusive. The version that came in the Jabba Skiff set had no creases or wrinkles on it on his shirt. Technically LEGO go them the wrong way round as the wrinkled shirt should have been on the Skiff set as kin the film he'd come out of the carbonite casing.

I really wish they would have gone for a more realistic design of the interior of the ship, but instead they went for the gimmick. Can't blame them as it is aimed for kids. However the design of the cockpit (or lack of design actually) is really inexcusable. Boba is just sitting there with a control panel at his feet. This really kills it for me.

i think bobas blaster is the thing thats getting in the way, not the feet. I noticed that his blaster was hitting the missile rack at 3:30. If you take it off, he might be able sit all the way up

if u watch the clone wars in the parts where it has slave 1 when it shows inside the ship the back seat is far back for some reason not like in the movie so I think if they put a seat back there for bosk that whould be cool

Great review! One thing I am looking for the 1999 slave one and I wonder would you sell it with boba fett old grey for $20? If not it is ok I have the slave one from 2006 and I'm getting the jango slave one and I will buy the other 2010 one. Pm is best but comment is good

the three most recent slave one's are very very similar... i already have the second most recent one, the one you don't have here... they're kinda doing the same thing here as they are with the falcon now, just re-releasing the same basic design with a few improvements

Your Knowledge of the Star Wars universe is very good for being a lego reviewer. I hate to be "one of those guys" but I believe the reason there is no seating for Boskk is because he is just meant to be a collectible minifig even though they have pictures of him helping Boba transport him into the Slave 1 (makes no sense at all). If you noticed the Boba Fett redesign just before this 6079 included other bounty hunters from Episode V. I just got this set and love it. Thanks for the review!

This set is definitely worth buying. You must have built it wrong because my Boba sits up right with no problem. I even customized it so Boba can sit with Bossk behind him like the Jango Fett's Slave 1. Definitely worth the money. And the part in the front where you can see inside under the missiles can be easily covered up.

@loxitane Actually, it IS possible to take it out. Alll you have to do is take the top part of the Slave 1 off and just leave the base. Then all thats connecting it are some stupid pegs. Oh yeah, and before the top part can come off, there are some tough beams that have to come out.
