No, the game decrypter cant read naruto accel 3's ebbot.bin. The only way is to install 5.50 gen-d3

at 8:30 u started to decrypt that EBOOt file.when i was doing the same on my PSP the error occurs.

the error was like "cannot decrypt the file"

if you have a 3000 model, then you can only have 5.03 gen a/b
