  • The JOHNSON BRAKE.

  • ABEC 9001 grade bearings....

  • it would spin lots longer without the magnets try that and see

test using exactly the same amount of force. i bet it will spin lots and lots longer

  • ___ w w w diymagneticmotor com has some serious PLAN

  • Bonjour, un français dans la course, c'est super ! salagou.fr@live.fr

  • I wonder if you directionalize the magnets in the direction you want them to move...Maybe even use longer repulsing, outer magnets so that the opposing field doesn't interfere as much... Then it might work.

  • magnet is too far

  • Comment removed

  • Maybe you can look at it as blocking, the magnetic pole that is decelerating you.

  • The problem is you are having to cross 2 poles... one accelerating, and one decelerating you. The trick is to somehow strength'n the Accelerating pole, and weaken the Decelerating pole.

  • continue comme sa !! bon courage !

  • You must push it harder

  • Looks like a brake not like a motor

  • hum essaye de tripler les etages avec un declage arrete la symetrie ;)

  • Ajouter un autre aimant soit sur le cercle ou un cercle outter et il pourrait exécuter enregistreur, mais il sera bientôt l'équilibre dans la tristesse.

  • Think of magnets like springs. If two magnets are attracted and accelerate towards each other, some energy is "produced" BUT you will need EXACTLY the same amount of energy to restore the initial position of that two magnets. This is true regardless of whatever kind of arrangement of your magnets. Since you "need" the same amount of energy that you "produce" you will win nothing. Since there are losses you will need to bring some extra energy from outside to get some sot of constant rotation.

  • U built an exellent motor, but try put the stator magnets one more far than the other next to it and also put 2 magnets on the rotor, so it will accelerate on its own!

  • i believe your concept can work..do the following: rotate each magnet at a 30 degree angle and add a metal shied for each magnet than let me know how it goes.

bonne chance mon frere ..A mon regard, salut

  • @lustatus Very good idea!

  • speek english you dumb fuck

  • have to spin faster so it will become more soft to magnet

  • teehehheee Johnson means Penis :p

  • Shield in one side,(in the fixed magnets) and ,new angle, more close...great results...only with tests we see the light

  • Ben en fait, sans les aimants ça tournerait vachement plus longtemps....

  • Like the clicking noises.

  • Totally nonusefull.

  • Its sad to say this but do any of the people making these video of so called free energy ever heard of the second law of thermodynamics or the law of conservation of energy.

  • @hoffinatorx You know of course that those laws were created by the government and big business to keep the small inventor down..... ;-)

  • the auto focus on that camera is whisper quiet.

  • i was going to give the secret but decided not to.

  • I like this aproach, The person who built it obviously has the money to spend. Working in an engineering company I recon we would have quoted around £2500 for this item. I am tired of seeing hundreds if cut up CD boxes and wood glue. This approach gives a much better chance of defying the CURRENT laws of physics, Keep it up...

We are nearing our next breakthru.

  • @187781jason

You work at a engineering company and you speak about "defying the CURRENT laws of physics", and no other law than a thermodynamic law. I guess you work there as paper boy or something like that.

  • @rb1205

Yeah I know!! I re read it back and wondered why I said that.. I dont think it's possible to create this type of free energy magnet machine. If it were possible then nature would have found a way to create it. Look how complex nature has evolved, If all we needed were a few magnets, bearings and wheels then it would have happend already.

    Fyi.

For 11 years I have prepared customer request for quotations for machined parts using c.n.c millers and lathes, and get paid loads for doing it!!

  • si je peu me permettre je pense que les aimants sont trop eloigné les un des autres

    sympa ton truc sinon

  • crois-tu ça pourrais marcher si tu ajuste tes aimants pour qu'ils soient incliné

  • CRAP ABSOLUTE CRAP U TIME WASTER

  • doesn't work?

    explanation for the faillure here:

    watch?v=KQYG27ATo5o

  • it looks really nice but the magnets don't overcome their own resistance.

  • @reason245 man i think that this kind of sistem will never works, if it was possible someone would already invented in the past (from Brazil)

  • All I can say is... look up the mysteries of Coral Castle :)

  • wtf... thats all i have to say after i looked it up

  • also the friction on the pivot point of the disk

  • bel objet

dommage que ça tourne pas plus vite

  • Without magnets it would spin a lot longer!

  • @netzbasis

    Funny because it's true.

  • Just have to hook up a battery and pulsing circuit to get power loss.

  • nice setup. add a pulse generator to get that thing running!

  • Need a shield to reduce the break.

  • start selling then if they work

    fakin retard

  • graçe au aimant on pourrait faire des moteurs autonomes ??? on peut ce servir des aimants comme énergie propre ?

  • son invention ressemble à la F1 Fernando Alonso, est un moteur ou un frein?

  • Cool eoleman,

    En effet , c'est à suivre :-)

  • waste of material and time ........

  • Cool ...another multiple zoned lock-up device.....I prefer seeing only "one" lock-up region in the 380 degrees rotation....at least its farther along than multi-lock-up devices.

I love the way the magnets are setting so far apart from the rotor and stator...so it can freewheel longer....put the magnets closer so we can see it stop in 10 degrees of rotation.

  • WOW, that was like Vista's WOW effect,....

I could really feel the energy - what can you power with it? A house - like this australian idiot?

Why don't you just buy yourself like I did a Mercedes 190 D and use plant oil as fuel. That's CO2 neutral (well, I am considering that plant oil is being permanently produced and that therefore I am driving Co2 neutral). But the best part is that plant oil is cheaper than diesel - 1l oil costs 1euro. 1l diesel costs 1,20euro!

  • Be carefull there

Once everyone knows you CAN power a house with a magnetic generator, you will be seen as an idiot, just like the people who claimed that the earth was flat and those who thought powered flight was impossible.

  • The people who thought the world was flat and the people who thought that powered flight was impossible were wrong... Just like the people who think a motor, made of magnets, like this one will power a house are wrong.

  • Now this is a work of art, nicely made. Not made in China, ha ha

  • Imagine if all the energy used creating these motors by everyone was actually left in the power grid. We could all have limitless power to run our Big screen TV's and air conditioners.

  • I got all exited and then....

    it stopped rotating.

    Bugger.

Looks good though, someone has loved this thing.

Is there a patent against this? Maybe it could be called a 'method for creating a progressive magnetic brake'?

  • It looks pretty

  • Everybody for whom this isn't enough... I used to be the same as you but you have to face the facts... You get energy FROM energy. Nor out ouf thin air. If we really wanted to we could have lived on renewable resources for years... there are so many sources we do not use. We put down these sources because we were lazy and because it was cheap. When it seizes to be cheap we will find a way. There is a number if them right now that are even really effective. Water, wind, biogas for example.

  • thin air is swarming with energy

  • The real Howard Johnson magnetic motor DOES work,it was PATENTED nearly 30 years ago! There was even a cover-story article on it in "Science and Mechanics" or some such publication. Howard Johnson NEVER claimed "perpetual motion". His was an energy STORAGE device....The magnets used MUST run down when power is drawn against them. The Second Law of Thermodynamics CANNOT be broken in the real world....but,there's nothing against converting energy to another form.
  • 150 AM EST BLACKSBURG VA - That's a l m o s t correct. It was patented after a couple of attempts. There was some funnystuff going on at the patent office at the time. btw - just what IS perpetual motion? I have one of those PP machines in my pocket and can go out in the driveway and pick up a bunch more.... and NO, the Second Law of Thermo can't be broken... cause the Dean of Science and Engineering will fire you if you try to go against it :)

  • wow....

.....and what if we replace the outer magnets and put coils there....

guys, believe me, we're up to something...

  • A bearing! Better than a ball bearing! But more costly to make! Wow!

  • This totally looks like a recreation of a SEG generator, only with one layer of moving parts...

  • ooooh!

    look another non-perpetual flywheel!

  • you need to make those outside magnets move back and forth then it will work.

  • Yeah, if you hook up an electric motor to them and make them move around, the thing in the center will spin, and then can partially power the motor to move the magnets around. You'll also need to get power from another source though.

  • 201 AM BLACKSBURG VA - - -

PurePower025 wrote "you need to make those outside magnets move back and forth then it will work. " - - Very good my man! Excellent observation! And yes, that's one of the fundamental things that needs to be done. There is a way to make them effectively go back and forth without actual physical movement.

  • There are little details, that make these devices work, that this one has not included.

Obviously the maker, hasn't fully read the patent.

People say, "I told you so, it's crap", so easily, just to prove a scepticle point.

The real point is, these things do work, the ones that don't, haven't been made properly.

The ones that don't, miss the fine details.

  • firstly, sceptical.

secondly, you are missing one detail as well - not one of these things has worked yet. the very same details that you talk about stops them from working - mostly, inventors completely ignore mechanic resistance to build their magical perpetual motors. This concept has been tried over and over and over again, now we need someone smarter, with a fresher idea, and a more realistic one as well.

  • it's because the mechanical resistance is greater than the force exerted by the outside magnets...if could maybe create a disk that is ultra light and a really good oil lube, maybe the outside magnets force could be greater than the force needed to move it?...like what if we had a nano-disk, like a disk that was so thin and light that it could barely be seen by the naked eye

  • the problem with perpetual motion is that little friction, even the friction caused by air, makes it stop. Therefore, making the disk lighter would actually decrease it's moment of inertia, thus making any resistance more significant - a heavier disk should work better. I will send you a personal message discussing the matter further, character count limits my thoughts =P

  • well what if it was an good testing eviroment, e.g an airtight room with the air sucked out of it...

  • it would still not be economically viable, since vacuum is what we're talking about. even partial vacuum is expensive to create and maintain in a small room.

I still don't believe this motor is the answer for anything, there are better options out there. Best appliance of magnetic forces in a motor I ever saw is the Sumo, an electric bike that uses magnets & electricity to move. Search it in youtube, it's cool enough

  • 215 AM EST BLACKSBURG VA - -

Extraordinarily well put my friend. Yes, some people have a tendency to want to justify their own failures and shortcomings by putting down the work of others. Very few people read the patents and less understand them. This fellow is way off the mark. Also, there were a couple of crucial things left out of the patents on purpose. How else can you actually protect something besides keeping a couple of cards up ur sleeve:)

  • so this proves that if you use your hand to spin a fly wheel it spins then stops?

  • Le un va magnetic sheiding

  • The problem here is fundamental, alignment for direction, you want it to go round and round not get pushed of/into the hub.....

  • q tal si pones los imanes mas serca

    olvidate de el look

  • I bet this was very expensive to construct. Looks all professional; but doesn't walk the talk

  • once again, overunity is disproved!

  • Yes, and it will be disproved many more times. Ask the Wright Brothers.

  • Enfin un essai en français! Merci !

    Allez, essaie encore ;-)

  • looks pretty but it doesn't work.

  • oh i think i getit isnt it kinda similar 2 george greens device??

  • Google, "One Way Magnetic Shielding".

    Nice design.

  • Yes i dont think people relize that these devices need sheilding to reduce drag on weet spots

  • nice...

  • Ahh, I don't understand much French. :(

This is from the Johnson Motor? I do not see the characteristic crescent shaped magnets Johnson innovated. Can you tell us more in english?

    Thank you for your video.

  • great as can be engineering but i found out this same magnetic principle's with my conservative approach k-Mets model. please contact me for us to work together...
