If you had a credit card from a bank that went under; which Bank of America had enough money to buy (right before they needed a bailout), you're probably pissed like me. Well according to BoA, you can't be a protester and a customer at the same time. I guess this means I no longer owe BoA any money. Thanks BoA!!!

Of course if you're trying to get your money out, this doesn't help you much.... Call the govt office of comptroller; they oversee BoA, 1-800-613-6743 8am-8pm eastern time

@CECOAdvocate Its the government being irresponsible by causing this mess by Frank-Dodd. You should be protesting Barney Frank and Dick Durbin. Senator Durbin the Turbin has a rule in the bill that caused Bank of America and other banks to have a 60 dollar a year fee. Now since this rule is in effect, he says do massive bank runs. It is governmental rules and regulations that are causing this. Look up Basel 3, BOA is going down because the only thing that is floating them is the deposits.
