  • I am really looking forward to seeing what is revealed in November.

    I noticed the URL has the word "Watchtower" within it. I know from painful personal experience that the leaders at WTS might possibly see this as an unapproved use of their "TRADEMARK".

    Trust me, you do not want to get shut down over such a frivolous claim; and you do not want to be sued (I've been there, done that, got the t-shirt). I'm just hoping that some thought has gone into this potential threat.

  • Thanks for the warning. You are correct that the WTS will threaten suit for any pretext. The entire "Watchtower Comments" project is designed for this possibility. All attempts to control this information will merely propagate it more.

  • Trademark laws are difficult to enforce. For the most part, the WTBTS would have to issue you a "cease and decist" order through their lawyers first. They would not be able to file suit against you unless you violate that C&D order.
