Dooovde it's all computer based. Some questions are straight multiple choice, some are simulations of a telnet session to a router or switch.

Often the questions will come with a needlessly lengthy 'story' to establish the situation and problem, much like M$ exams.

Calculators are certainly not allowed as subnetting is a big part of the exam. You get a pen and paper.

Could someone tell me how the exam actually goes? Is it on paper or computer? Can you use a calculator? Do you have to physically cable routers and switches during the test and actually program or is it all just theory questions on paper? I've been looking for this info everywhere but can't find it.
