I believe that the whip's spec used to be that it either hit your Max hit, or it hit a 0, but it was overpowered and had to be modified to the crappy special it is now. That may have just been a rumor though, I wasn't playing at that time.

ya tehre is charge it up and use the specal bar and u can luach dragonfire from it. do u call that a specal?

Dragonfire sheild don't work that way. You can charge it by getting from breaths of dragon's. You can operate your sheild to launch the dragon fire.

well it kinds dose if u go to ur equip options and operate the sheild it will use a charge and shoot a blast but will lower ur sheilds stats
