The screen on my 3 week old iphone has cracked from a drop of 3 feet. This is with a protective sleeve on it. Phone support and retail stores want $250 for repairs on top of the $399 purchased price. Before the cracked screen I raved about the iphone and showed it to all my friends and customers.
