save before you pick the sigil stone up, keep loading until you get chameleon(lvl 15 for 25%) duplicate it by like 4-5, then enchant two rings, a necklace, and any thing else, put all them on, full chameleon, steal whatever you want.

easiest way to do this: get to level 15(having light armor and alchemy help; light armor lvl 100- go to arvena thelas' house, go to the basement*make sure you have like absorb mercantile,sneak,etc.* then use the absorb skill spell on all of them, and let them hit you till everything you are wearing breaks or you get to lvl 100 light armor; with alchemy: duplicate 2 ingredients, get like 400-500 of each, then just keep making potions until lvl100) then go to kvatch, go to the top of the citadel..

@Doobz702 I know you're probably done with the game but I found the best time to go is between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. The guards on the first floor won't bother you and the ones on 2nd and 3rd floor should be asleep.

@Doobz702 Go to the Mages Guild in Anvil (you dont have to be a part of it) check all of the people's potions, buy one of them that says "invisibility potion" just buy 1, than use the duplicate items glitch. Be careful because everytime you go up a level it will ware off. Just keep on using it and you'll be safe.

In Bruma. Go to Bruma, then find Olav's Tap and Tack. In there there'll be a guy called Ongar The World-Weary. Talk to him and then sell stuff the normal way. Your stolen items will appear in his list.

(Sometimes Ongar isn't there. If he isn't, go inside and wait until late).

Talk to Armand and ask about the thieves guild, then ask about fences. Fences are people that buy hot items. Armand should tell you where you can find one that will buy from you

well yeah 1 flaw but theres some glitch were u trap the store owner behind a door then after u can go downstairs and steal just WATEVER u want dosent matter if its a locked cabnit locked safe locked check pick it and bang and in oblivion theres no glitch ur gona have 2 do it by force and sneak u gota arrow them in a place theyll never c u with a good VERY strong arrow and a VERY strong bow and some good aiming just incase

Just pick a town and ransack random homes. My first time I hopped over to Bruma and went down the line of houses. Most of the actual money comes from pickpocketing though.

Alternately, you can find some decent stuff in castles. It's just a bit more of a challenge.

find ognar in bruma and sell stolen stuff to him. barter with him and sell up to 50 gold worth of stolen stuff to him. you can tell if its stolen by looking at the item in the inventory and if it has a little red hand in like the bottom right corner of the item then its stolen. hope i helped. : )
