Actually, I think he might be Steve. Recall that in Code Veronica it takes 15 years for the virus to completely incubate in the body. According to Capcom, this game takes place in 2013...15 years after the events of Code Veronica. I don't know, but it just seems it would make a lot of sense to bring him back at this point.

On resi 5 the things/zombies were a infected by uroboros. On resi 4 Ada was sent to get the 'sample' which contained las plagas she says she sent him something different instead as she's a mercenary either that or she sent him the sample but he mixed the t virus with it and other viruses which made the uroboros wich is why they are basically the same thing

After watching the RE Revelations "spoiler" I'm more inclined to believe that the "bitch" Chris was referring to is Jessica. Jessica was the partner of Chris in Revelations. It turns out that she is a double agent and betrayed the BSAA. To my understanding, Jessica is still "at large."

Ada Wong, whom i heard is likely in this game, could also be the "bitch.". She, like Jessica, is a double agent as well... having worked for Wesker in RE4.
