Plz i hope you can tell me how to do this to a 350 engine, im building mine for a chevelle 68 and i would like to have this kind of backfiring, cause i know ppl try to sell me the ones that looks like a freaking flamethrower but i really hate those, this really looks like true horsepower, srry for my wrong english btw :S
@TransAMGTA1988 yeah it was pretty loud but this videocam didn't record the low frequences so it sounds like shit on the video. the sound quality of your cam is much better. what camera are you using?
@muscle1983 That was a problem with my camera I had before and for the last 14 videos I've used the compact digital camera Samsung ES65 and the sound quality is good. :))
@TransAMGTA1988 yeah as well the image quality as the sound quality on your cam is good. I had a Sony CyberShot digicam from 2001 (!) with relatively poor image quality but good sound quality (especially low frequency or bass). then I bought a newer Sony CyberShot 2-3 years ago. the image quality is very good but you don't have no more bass! I was quite disappointed.
Muscle 350, Oldsmobiles are Oldsmobiles and Buicks are Buicks, the Buick 350 and the 231 V6 share the same bore and stroke, oldsmobile does not have a V6, that's a 231 V6 they are most common in the G-Body cars including the Olds. Cutlass, Only Chevorlet & Buick have Gas V6 engines, the 231 for buick and the 4.3 for Chevorlet Oldsmobile only made the 350 Diesel and the V6 Diesel. Chevorlet has the 6.2 and 6.5 Diesels.
that is not a Buick 350, the Distrb. is in the from of the engine and the oil pump is external, U have a Oldsmobile 350, but I like your engine test stand.
The owner of this engine also told me it's an 79 oldsmobile 350 but I saw in wiki that the 79 350 is marked as buick engine. only the 350 diesel is marked as oldsmobile but I think now there must be an error and corrected it. thanks for the info. I appreciate it.
