Khen Rinpoche Pema Choephel about healing energy and chanting

Hi, I have been attempting to meditate for a while now. My friend who is a sikh asked me what I was trying to meditate on? I told her just to have an empty mind and not think of anything, stillness. The Medicine Buddha chant I usually use wasn't working so I did another search on youtube and clicked on one that worked. Your posting caught my eye half way through the chanting . I have found the advice given very helpful and feel I am being guided in some way! Thank you.
