I ordered shoes from them, expensive for the PIECE OF CRAP they are! They come right off...and the customer service is absolutely DISGUSTING, telling customers they are "out of luck" when you call to tell them the shoes do not stay in place and that you are not satisfied with the product!...$66 in the garbage! DO NOT BUY FROM NEO PAWS!!!
