This guy has to unload the plane in a timely manner. Ever hear of packing peanuts? Or maybe bubble wrap? I work as a grocer and I don't mean to be a self-proclaimed expert, but I handle a lot of boxes. I can't tell you how many boxes are marked "fragile" If I had sat there and handled every fragile box as carefully as I could, then I would be out of a job. You have a responsibility as a customer to ensure that the whatever you are shipping will be protected. Their job is to get it there.
If the stuff in those boxes is bubble wrapped and packaged correctly then throwing the boxes like this won't hurt a thing. Besides, think of how long it would take for everyone to get their luggage if they carefully placed each bag with love and care on top of each other. It would take forever.
this is why i argue with the ticket agent when she tells me the airplane i go on (737) has overhead compartments that are 2 small for my bag (i bought it because it can fit in the bins)!
Speaking as a baggage handler for several years, I have no idea what the heck this guy is doing here. Unless he's looking for a few specific connection bags and other rampers haven't come to collect these, I've got no clue here.
This is why me and my family always sit by the place where they put the luggage in, so that we can make sure our luggage gets in and that it isnt left. Or else we do the Q_Q stare.
Dum assess, what do u want him to place each package slowly & shit. that is not efficient. .. besides would the ppl that recorded this crap do it any better. Its our responsibility as passengers to pack our luggage / package correctly. No one in this world will baby your package.
always remember a persons body and health is more important than a box or suitcase. ITs more healthy to let gravity do its job as a baggage handler than make life hard for yourself. SUitcases don't contain anything valuable or fragile apart from clothing

@Vosbraka if a plane should wait that long, then your ticket price will be much more high, and not everyone has the time to wait that long. this is quite normal luggage handling. he is not slimming, punching or destroying the luggage.
I'm half expecting that chimpanzee from the Samsonite commercials to appear and really show that worker how baggage is handled.....
