This is one of the best mid tower cases you can get, I have this case and I´m gonna use it for my next build and the built after it, just plain awesomeness.
Why don't motherboards come with those little speakers anymore? I bought 2 motherboards in the last year (different brands) and none came with a little speaker :(
24 pin first? I prefer doing it last. Considering how it's the biggest and (more often than not) has the most slack I route all the smaller cables that have less slack and then come in with the 24 pin and do what I can with it.
@webgier because some people like to take pride in their work, it keeps the inside cooler and cleaner, it looks nice, and it can be easier to work on later when you dont have 200 wires in your way.
why every one wants to have a good looking case interior. No one sees it or wants to see it. When its structured, ok. But why does it has to look good
The people who built my computer really need to watch this video. They just shoved all of the excess cables in the hard drive area, making it impossible to install any more hard drives or SSD's. Once I get a job (stupid economy) I'm definately buying a modular power supply and cleaning up the case.
AMD vision black today ? 2012 ? hmm Crosshair V fomula, 1100T ( waiting for new revised version of the FX CPU), AX850, Strontium RAM 4x4 or 4x2 kit, R7970x2 xfirex, CM Cosmo II case
that's one beautiful case man... i love the rig.. the bad side is that this corsair case is not avialable in argentina (i think...) still.. i regret for buying my sentey case XD
i think i'll save some bucks to buy a modular psu......
I just bought full tower Haf X and after I install all the things inside it then I just realize that i got another 3x 3pins fans that hanging and surely the fans are not spinning haha
so, is there any chance to make the fans working without buying a new psu?
@anzenxxii That's because corsair is overpriced for power supplies. There are cheaper brands that have the same performance, are modular, and have the same build quality. For the extra money you save you could get a higher watt power supply (not that you really need more than 750w)
@TheGenesisfreak You used 'you're' wrong in that statement. This is what you wrote - doesn't indicate you are amount of intelligence; should have used 'your'.
@bozodribel i had the same problem well you can do two things the first being order an extender and the second being to thread it up through your motherboard behind the pci cards you have installed. near the pci cards metal plate there will be gap between the motherboard and the pci card to thread the cable up through
I used a non modular and it really isn't that bad in my 500r I just put all the non needed molex's in the back the only problem I really have is squeezing the backplate on
you should really build the system outside of the case first before installing the motherboard into the case. This helps you bench test the system. It would suck if you built it like you did then realise the mobo was dead. Just make sure you put the mobo on the mobo box and not anti static bad otherwise you will knacker it.
question, i have this case when im trying to connect the fans to the fan controller basically, the cords wont connect to each other anything u think im doing wrong or?
@Abrown516 I went to my local hobby store, asked one dude if I can borrow the dremmel, cutted the holes out, but some rubber on sides and done, I also made a CPU cut-out with it, looks like it was made in company
@IxTeejxI You could, but its not recommended, static electricity could build up on the end of the hoover/vacuum it could discharge on to one of your components, and thats not good. you can pick up compressed air cans for like $3-5 and they'll last a while. its a far safer way. Linus does have a video if your interested
