well, yankee, i've seen the real episode in english, here's what's going on.

there's a bomb in the mail truck, and Mac didn't have enough time to get it difused, and/or to a safe place. He saw a guy with a concrete truck, and the guy back the truck up, pushed the concrete chute through the wall of the truck, and filled it with concrete. The explosion was muffled enough that no one was hurt.
