But, I do understand that this style is not for everybody.
You may want to think about how other cultures think about the way you speak.

Keep eyes open and juxtapose the fears, and other negatives with the "now" scene and remain passive while expectant of a positive outcome. Then afterward fill in the vacuum with positive creative visualization that surrounds you 360 degress until you feel "topped up".

I´ve been trying to understand Schumann Resonnance, and after listening to this sounds, I concluded that I´ve heard them before (or something similar) in the motion picture 2001 A Space Odyssey of Stanley Kubrick (1968). This movie (I think) is a hint of the Schumann Resonnance.

But, if you use to much they break the doors & windows leaving you venerable to the first emotional storm that comes along. Although at first this is scary, 528 Hz is a DNA repairing frequency. Just listen...focus on calm joyful thoughts rather than the intimidating fearful ones and this should do just fine. @cunnidvd It's OK now, it was a long time ago & 11 years of meditation have done wonders to my outlook. Also, I have realized that people do dreadful things because of a lack of love & guidance. Regardless of my hardships, I have done well. But I have also behaved angrily in the past. We can all benefit by a regular review of our behavior, instead of flaunting our beliefs. Yes this includes me too. Please be gentile on your fellow humans, you never know what they have had to endure.

I´ve been trying to understand Schumann Resonnance, and after listening to this sounds, I concluded that I´ve heard them before (or something similar) in the motion picture 2001 A Space Odyssey of Stanley Kubrick (1968). This movie (I think) is a hint of the Schumann Resonnance.

I have to say, I just listened to this (having learned about this whole binaural beats thing today) and it was equally relaxing (its 3am and I couldn't sleep) and scary, the first bit of throat singing, was no problem, but I was reading comments while I listened, and the second bit came up, right after I read Jezebel's response on it being scary, and I have to say that I looked over my shoulder. been a looooong time since I looked over my shoulder in my own home lol.

@11Frodo11 I personal would not recommend that, but when I was younger I did experiment with it. Psychedelics do open the doors & windows of the mind. But, if you use to much they break the doors & windows leaving you venerable to the first emotional storm that comes along. This is why they were uses as a part of shamanic rituals not as weekend party pick me ups or merry-go round rides. I am not saying don't use them, I am saying if you do, use them with the wisdom of a shaman.

Like you said it would, it came from hearing two different sounds, that merged and made a new "sound" in my brain. Crazy, and unbelievable! Although at first this is scary, 528 Hz is a DNA repairing frequency. Just listen...focus on calm joyful thoughts rather than the intimidating fearful ones and this should do just fine. As for the Tibetan Throat, just imagine it as something less frightful; such as a chakra mantra or maybe something that brings about happiness. This is not at all a frightful video unless you see it as one.
