  • It's a shame that dobro music is vanishing. I went to a Blue grass convention yesterday and there was not a single dobro there.

  • What a great song.

  • what a beautiful american song!!

  • What is the name of the first song played and where can I find the tabliture for the dobro to that song? You guys do a fantastic job with that song. Ive heard it before but I like the way you guys do it.

  • the tune is called "Maiden's Prayer", it's by Bob Wills originally (I think?)

You'll find a very nice version under martingross here in youtube, he is the top German dobro player at the time.

  • If that sound dont make you feel good inside you need a mental checkup done ricky tick.

  • Good grief: I haven't heard of the term "ricky tick" since I was a U.S. Marine in Okinawa in 1963. We used to say "Mo ricky tick" for "in a hurry". I don't know the origin of the phrase but I suspect it is Pidgen English.

  • Great Job

  • One word: Beautifull! Just beautifull!

  • That's 3 words :S

  • Lol xD

  • This is an old Bob Wills fiddle tune "The maidens prayer. This player obviously learned a lot of his style from Bashful Brother Oswald and Hoss Lineman

  • GREAT Job on Maidens Prayer

  • Wow, most don't know the name to this musical.

  • @calinkus

The gentleman above should know well. He was for many years Brother Oswald's student, and on occasions played with Roy Acuff.

    I love Maiden's Prayer.

  • Good Job! If you like, you can find my video on "YOUTUBE" under Wayne Weberpal. And my CD on "EBAY" Best Wishes, Wayne
