@Mackenziecanvideo Well, I doubt you've ever been to Asheville, then. Besides the fact that you don't know how to spell it, you obviously don't know what a great community that city has. And it's a very liberal place. Especially for a city in the South. I may not live there anymore, but that place will always be Home for me.
I really miss Contra at The Old Farmer's Ball! It's been almost 20 years since I was an avid dancer there (in the old building). I don't see many of the folks that were there then, but it's nice to see that it still going strong! This really brings back memories and the urge to get movin' again! Thanks for sharing! Long live Contra!
This is a nice contra dance video. At first it is a bit confusing to follow, but I definitely feel the groove after watching a bit. Yes, this looks like fun!
