Hey, I'm only useing a regulare binner in the back (made of steel). A n 8 will not give you a free fall...it will breake some of the speed. The harness I'm using on this video is onely a long band raped around (its a military style). It's pretty safe when you know how to use it:-)

And yes iambonker. Dont use an 8 but dont do this at all if you are not 100% how to brake
get someone to teach you;)

Hi, how do you hook up your harness? big binner in the back with an 8? wear the harness as normal?
