i can see myself. i'm the second chair alto sax, the short white kid with long hair. we did play the third movement a bit slow, but we got straight I's at both county and state band festivals. we are the second from the bottom out of four bands.

You guys did the tempo right except ours was ever so slightly faster

Movement 1 was pretty good with the exception of a couple of percussion mess ups...a thumbs up tho! Movement 2 was EXCELLENT!!!!! Perfect crescendos and decrescendos...I totally agree with the tempo on this one but movement 1 rushed just a tid bit do to the percussion. Movement 3 was ok. I have 1 word to say ALLARGANDO at 58...it add a hell of a lot of drama to this movement. Also, tubas bring out your part this part is your so make it that way and don't be afraid to play those high notes at 19.
