In order to fix this all you have to do is load it while you are not connected to xbox live. Play, save, reconnect. But if it still won't work offline that means it is official corrupted in an unseen matter (meaning its useless unless you are a programer). The only way to fix this is if you have a back-up of that save. It is likely you did nothing wrong.

Sorry I didn't get to uploading a video but the reason it isn't working is because you are trying to load new (modified) data into an updated/patched system in which the system has record for archive or notices absurd code. If you have no idea what it means... well technically the mandatory update(s) you downloaded from the marketplace that are required to play online, included some system that checks your data and matches it up with your previous data.
