guys when i do the final move ( bat drop and reverse warlock punch) the bat kinda stifles my attack and it only goes like 500 feet. YES the bat is going on the sandbag not in front but it still sucks any ideas please

Its because ur using the warlock punch too early so the punch hits the bag then the bat hits it and thats how it turns into that distance

Let me guess... whoever beat him by .6 meters did everything exactly the same as he did on this, except at the end when he tossed the bat up he halted his reverse warlock punch by a nano second or two resulting in his punch bearly hitting the sandbag as the bat came down and knocked it forward as he bearly caught it with his punch by the tip resulting in slightly further distance? o.O

idk i didnt see the video. actually i think the tip of the warlock punch is a lot weaker than the middle or base. so that probably isnt wat happened.

I see. =0 My best one is 5581.4ft I think. It was at 253%. When I threw the bat up, I waiting almost a half a second and used my punch as it bearly caught it. That made my distance slightly greater in the past with my lower records. XD

I had a feeling it was true. =D In the past when I went for 230% Damage at the.. Everytime I halted my punch to hit it a bit later after the bat, it always went like 7-20 or so feet further depending on how close I come to lefting it fly further before hitting it with my punch.

tip? base? a warlock punch is a warlock punch, it does the same 36% whereever you hit it (excet an aerial one)

It has less knockback for sure; don't know about the damage.

Using my horrible nubcake strat, a tipped WP got around 1000 feet less than an arm WP >_>

Still, my arm WP was only 3334.5 feet, so it's nothing to brag about either way haha.

hey sin, have you ever tried single jump bds with ganondorf? yes they are possible just really hard, but they are a lot faster

I managed to do one Single jump bat drop one time with Ganondorf. I believe it's because I was against the wall when I jumped and dropped it as it hit and bounced off the wall and my down kick bearly keep it in place. And I managed no lag that one time. It's easy with Ike. I'll bet the guy who beat Sin by .6m Managed one Single Jump bat drop allowing him to have enough time at the end to halt his punch a 10th of a second to hit the bag alittle bit later after the bat did.

you can't max it as well if you did a single jump. The guy that beat Sin nudged it a bit, meaning on one of his bd dairs he stalled a bit and the bag moved right a little

That sounds like a good explaination. I know it seemed like sin threw the bat up and did his Reverse Warlock Punch at the very last moment.. But, it looks like the guy who beat show us that there was like 0.3 seconds left. By letting it nudge a tiny bit, he must of pulled out pressing B then tapping the opposite direction when 0.2-0.1 seconds were left.. You don't get more of a closer call at the end of the time limit than that guy. o.o

i can never auto-cancel a bd sh d-air for some reason =/ whenever I try, it always never auto-cancels, or the bd cancels my jump or something

You can't fastfall it, and you have to dair IMMEDIATELY after short hopping. This is best by holding the right side of the controller with two hands and reserving your right hand to tap X (to short hop) and reserving your left hand on the c-stick to immediately c-stick downwards after the short hop. If he lands with a thud, you didn't dair fast enough; if you land with no lag, you auto-cancelled the aerial or landed after the aerial animation was finished.
