Wow, between 1970-1975 there were so many GREAT GHETTO albums. SAM DEES, JAMES BROWN, MARVIN GAYE, this one, all of them were sending a message to the world of how America was treating the children of slaves in late 20 century, and what life was like for people living in the urban jungle. On the BRIGHT SIDE, WE WOULD NEVER OF GOT SO MUCH GOLDEN,MAGICAL MUSIC, if folks were not pushed right to the edge., so the question is, why do we need to push folks so far, to produce the greatest music ?
