I know a man who was a much loved teacher who also helped others to recover from serious illnesses, he did all these things free and only asked that other people do similarly but he too was grabbed and beaten repeatedly all night, in the morning he was whipped so badly his ribs were showing through torn skin, later he had needles embedded into his head and finally he was killed, nailed to a piece of wood to bleed out. He forgave the men who did it.

I'd like too see them put on trial. Not a real trial but more of a moral trial, where they have to face what they did. Our justice system is so messed up, I know for a fact that the offenders are sleeping soundly in their warm houses tonight with nothing more than a slap on the wrist from the local police. I just hope that one day they are rendered helpless and that they are forced to acknowledge the fact that they are alone. And no one will bother to help them.

This just...disgusts me. What's horrifying is how young this behavior starts now. I have 2 girls (ages 7 and 4), and when my oldest was 5, she'd come home from school talking about being bullied by the other girls. In America it's an ongoing joke to beat up homeless people, especially when there are so many more of them than there used to be, just watch South Park. The only thing unusual about this case is that it was put on video so they didn't get away with it. After all, homeless people usually can't afford a lawyer anyway and wouldn't be given priority status for a police investigation in many cases. It is, as you suspected, a societal problem.

The only main down on that is there's always the possibility that the lawyer they provide may not be as experienced or good as one that you could buy for a pretty price.

I think that the homeless man should get a chance to beat the shit out of them without them fighting back, for example lets say they were tied to a chair, then the homeless man would get 10 minutes to do whatever he would like in order to physically hurt them like they did to him, since the homeless man was powerless and helpless, so should the kids.
