DR John Henrick Clark was not a Protestant, he was a historian who spent his entire life researching histroy. He read over 5000 books and traveled the world looking for cultural and historical information of every kind. I think he knew more about the history of ancient churches then you do.
Btw, the men who arranged the meeting of Nicea where Europeans. Nicea had been under European rule for 500 years at the time. Nobody knows who turned up or where they where from but im guessing Europe.

Most of the bishops that showed up in Nicea were from eastern Roman empire, you can look up who came because the kept records of it. This Clark's arguments are based on Protestant era propaganda - that he is secularizing the argument for a black nationalist angle is nothing new.
