When I finish doing all the steps, I don't see the contacts in my Windows Live Messenger. My contacts list is still empty. Help?

@EpiXnyper Trying to answer this from the top of my head; this problem is either because your contacts have not been synchronized properly, or your newly added contacts have not accepted you as of yet.

In the case of the contacts not being synchronized properly; what I mean is that upon signing in, the servers havn't updated your WLM contacts appropriately. Though I may be wrong in that assumption.
