  • well i kinda knew all this .. but you were informative .. i have been wanting to switch from pro tools to logic because of snow leapord ... any advice.? and i would like to know what you pan your toms at.....

  • good job! enjoyed the tutorial. very helpful...thank you!

  • nice tut's man.

  • Excellent tutorial! Really helped me out :D

  • I can't find those drum tracks on the website, can anyone send me a direct download link please?

  • I was wanting to know what kind of interface you used to record the drums

  • Also a neat trick i learned for over heads and or room mics is you can use them for reverb as well you buss them and send the snare to the same buss and then you can use a noise gate for the amount of room/over head mic you want to send through. room mics work best because they are further away and have more reverb characteristics ya'll should try it once it's a nice little trick you can also do the same thing with an oscillator and the kick drum for hip hop tracks if you want some 8o8!!

  • Great videos, thanks! I just subscibed too.

  • thanks so much for this video it made the drum tracks on my ep sound amazing but what about the toms?... i am getting terrible bleed from my toms and they make my snare sound really bad and in the high end... any ideas? or are there any videos out there just for mizing toms?

  • logic 8? logic 7?

  • Great videos my friend, these has been very helpful to me. Thanks a million! Please keep more videos coming, you're doing a great thing!

  • I didn't know you put reverb on kick drums. I guess that's how you fatten live kicks.

  • Thanks again mate.

  • Hi mate,

Your tutorials are ace! This drum mixing set will come in very handy! I hope your going to build up instrument by instrument until reaching the final mix, that would be great. I really like your mainstage tutorials as well as the band I'm in are looking to bring in synths and now we have hundreds to choose from running logic from an ibook!!

Keep up the god work and thanks!
