@SuperPasset um, that cage isn't illegal, small animals are usually kept in cages like that for shows or fairs. the fair once a year near where i live provides cages like that for animals. and its shown (in a few clips) people are walking around(But you need to pay close attention near the edges of the cage) so it must be a show or something, probably not its actual cage, i dont think you should worry too much about it, i bet its in a nice cage at home right now =^.^=
