You really cant have a cold start on this engine, because it dosnt use compression ignition, before you start the engine you must heat the hot bulb at the front of the engine to vaporize the diesel,kero,ect that is being injected.

I'v seen that engine in person, I actually was able to chat with the guy who was operating it. :)

Yep, you're wrong. It's about 20,175 CI. Still freaking huge though.
