It was that way from 1950 -1963. 1964 it dropped to 77%.

Its sad that so many of my "fellow" Americans get in lockstep with a party of politicians and buy everything they are sold.
My fav is when A politician does something wrong and the excuse someone of their party would give is "well so and so did this" like that excuses poor representation in our government? are we in grade school?
When you see the corruption in "your" party then you start to understand, then your mind stops drinking the koolaid, then your not part of the problem.

Haha - the midterms after this sure as hell blasted Coulter and Hannity out of the water. Democrats - majority in the house and the senate. Then they won the presidency as well.
