Ernestine did the definitive version of this on "Ow!" which is a classic out-of-print Live At The Alley Cat CD (also available on Great Moments) & at The Hollywood Bowl a few years back Ernestine treated us to the long version and it was perfection with that sharp wit and timing...a legendary singer who is one of the greatest ever!
great performance. My favorite was in the mid 1990's on NPR with Dr Billy Taylor's trio. Unfortunately not released on CD.
