  • great performance.  My favorite was in the mid 1990's on NPR with Dr Billy Taylor's trio. Unfortunately not released on CD.

  • Ernestine did the definitive version of this on "Ow!" which is a classic out-of-print Live At The Alley Cat CD (also available on Great Moments) & at The Hollywood Bowl a few years back Ernestine treated us to the long version and it was perfection with that sharp wit and timing...a legendary singer who is one of the greatest ever!
