The Car is still runing and at 272000 miles had to recently replace the Starter in it. it Started to get Bad Spots. But it was the Orignal Starter from 1989!! Lasted a long time
@BeatKillaProduction Since I have had it i have been using Penzoil the yellow bottle stuff 5w30. Since in the pacific northwest the temp does not usally get too hot. if your in a more hot climate might want to stick with 10w30.
i had one of these in my celica only 125bhp sohc, over the years horses lost in a heavy car but they went ok, if i new at the time id of made sure it was 3sge
i have my 89 ST Coupe with 118k and still running strong, if you keep up with the maintenance they can go over 300K but i would really love the 3s-GE instead of the FE
I have some misfiring on my 1990 mod 3s fe 2.0 cc engine in my Camry.
when driving rpm going up and down ,not much ,but i can feel engine misfiring and wonder what can be wrong !? also when i try to use overdrive it misfires more and do not use overdrive anymore.

@dufunk10 the 3s-fe is dohc, but single cam gear. pop open the cover and you'll see two cams lol.
