  • i could get one at att for 49$ but then theres all the contracts and what not so im not sure who to buy from

    If you don't want to have the contract then you should get an unlocked iPhone 3GS so that way if you are not happy with ATT you can always switch to different carrier later on without having to pay them a hefty cancellation fee for breaking the contract.
