  • this is brilliant !

  • Good common sence. The trouble is healthy food is too expencive, the governments dont help bring down prices.

  • @378Daniel Healthy food is not too expensive if you compare the actual nutritional impact it has with junk food. Also government price control will only cause shortages. The problem is corporatism, not capitalism.

  • sea salt is great. himalayan salt is also great to use! just watch Dr. Mercola's youtube video about it :)

  • What has helped me personally (which I'm sure might help many of you too) is 1) to make sure that whenever you do eat, make sure you are ENJOYING your food, eating SLOWLY, and chew your food thoroughly. Never eat when standing. have a good healthy meal and sit down and enjoy it. then keep yourself busy and then come back when you're SUPPOSED to have a meal and ENJOY another tasty meal.

    2) DRINK MORE WATER

    3) don't eat carbs (1-3 fruits a day is ok though!)

    4) raise pH levels.... VERY important!

  • Eat what ever you're craving while watching videos of fat people dancing, you will stop after a few bites.

  • @LillySecreet eat frozen purple grapes instead... or put frozen purple blueberries and a little raw cocoa (dark chocolate in a powder form that is unsweetened) into a food processor and process until mushy - take out - and eat :)

  • this video knows more about me than I know.

  • But I just want chocolate :(

  • It is not genetic. My father is bald, my grandfathers are both bald, my uncle's bald, my younger sister is balding. I on the other hand, I am not! A full thick head of hair, and there is nothing relative about that. Genetics my friend was probably the greatest lie ever told to man. Although we are all unique, epi-genetics not genetics is a more likely culprit for our differences. Set and setting, environment, and even emotional stability play roles in how we develop.

  • How can I trust a man who doesn't respect nutrition, to the point that he has lost his hair. OH, FYI hair loss is a nutritional deficency lack of omega and gamma oils.

  • @hellfire5674 Male pattern baldness is genetic. If his hair was thin as a result of a deficiency it would be thin all over. If you take your head out of your ass for a moment and have a peek at the screen you'll notice that the hair he does have looks relatively full and healthy.

  • Keeping up one's protein intake, with a full complement of amino acids at each meal, also helps regulate blood sugar, and therefore controls cravings. A feeling of satiety has more to do with providing adequate amounts of complete proteins, whole food sources of complex carbohydrates, the right forms of saturated, poly and mono-unsaturated fats, and a full range of micronutrients. A person's energy output must be replenished with energy input in the right proportions.

  • Everyone is so down on pizza, but if you buy a high quality organic pizza it will do you right. Try an organic spinach pizza. Other pizza I agree is junky. Pizzahut always leaves me feeling sick, and it is hard to digest.

Also, I'm surprised he did not reccomend some exercise like wieght lifting or yoga. He usually recommends exercise for everything (as he should).

  • i love the 1st one.. keep sugar balanced by avoid escaping breakfast... im gonna try it today.. hopefully it's working on me!

  • @ezatulhani

I found that an apple and some veggies works well if I don't feel too hungry.

  • you sir are a fucking bullshitter and a scamist.

  • This is exactly the info i was looking for.

  • GRACIAS DR AMEN

  • if u do these three things, vitamin/minera. supplements, moderate exercise, and cooking healthy foods at home from scratch (outside ready 2 made food iz not healthy), then within two weeks, u will begin feeling great again and should keep continuing it---for da most part, u will not crave junk food, processed food or high calorie desserts---u will crave more like apple, pears, banana, cooked vegetables with chicken/fish and wont care about pizza, burgers, fries, ice cream, cookies etc. (most time)

  • @terajasoos Nothing personal, but it's hard for a lot of people to wrap their minds around taking advice from someone who writes as poorly as you do. I'm sure you know that "da" and "u" are not words. Proper English and punctuation would do wonders for you in positively influencing people. Just saying.

  • this guy is only partially rite---actually when u crave sugar, its artificial sugar such as donuts, ice cream, cookies, brownies etc---if u once in a blue moon crave such things, its OK, u should indulge once in a while, but if ur crave such things all da time or most of da time, then that means u have some vitamin/mineral deficiency---that means u need mulit vitamins, fish oil and / or calcium and of course moderate exercise. also keep in mind, u must cook healthy at home from scratch

  • I meant "discipline" by going without as vocabulary. I think it's easier to learn a new behavior. When I misuse food, it's usually trying to get myself to like anything, or it's a goal for going somewhere.

  • train myself to be motivated by something else by twisting rewards. Discipline is lacking motivation for motivation, which would be a weak reinforcer. I think it's easier not to punish but to twist.

  • Wonderful!

  • This was very informative :)
