Sorta, Mark Hamill plays Luke in episodes 4-6. The baby in Ep 3 is of course someone else.

No its not, Mark Hamill is just THAT good of an actor. Seriously have you seen him play the trickster when he fights the flash?. So playing as a new born baby you just can't put it past him lol.
