  • In the up coming months I am thinking about adding a PBGV puppy to my family. Can you tell me somethings about them, mabye their temperment?

  • Well that's hard I think.

Each and every dog got his own character.

PBGV's are hunters. Mine isn't haha...

They love the swimming. Mine doesn't.

I think mainly they got a mind of their own. When they decide to take a walk, you can call them as loud as you want, they just take off. But they are very friendly.

    Also to kids.

But I'm sure you can get more info on the internet or closer, by PBGV owners in the hood.

Let us know if you have one.

  • But, If I let Ellie off the leash she would go hunting, even on the beach and no amount of calling her name would make any difference, she would be off

  • ...haha..we warned Dibbes to bring him back if he would run away!

    :D

I do recall one of the dogs took off into the dunes and the rest sort of followed...haha!

Yeah most PB's don't listen at all, but we managed to get into Dibbes' head never to do that.

(...well yesterday he took off but at least he was running home.)

Goofy Dibbes isn't a hunter anyway. See my other clips where he is playing with our rabbit!

  • I can't believe they are off the leash

  • Well, I believe they aren't allowed to!

    :)

Anyway not during the summer daytime for sure. After let's say 8.00 pm the can run free on the beach. but this was way before that and so there they go. They all went crazy, chasing and running...

    It was a great moment.
