Bro you need to change the resolution you capture in form 4:3 to 16:9, also what do you use to capture?

@x9LiVeZzHD lol well the problem is I don't have an HD capture card, so I can't capture in 16:9. I'll be getting a 1080p card soon tho, so not to worry! but the one I currently have is a Mac Dazzle.
