  • if u eat more protein, will that make you lose fat (lack of insulin production cos of lack of carbs) and ALso gain muscles? What if i wanna just lose fat? Im not sure if im getting this all right, so just wanted to ask the right way to do it. I tend to bulk up as i used to be a competitve swimmer. So now i just want lean muscles and don't wanna bulk up. Thank you!

  • this may be a stupid question, but when i work out and start losing my weight will i have loose skin on my stomach or will the skin tighten as i get skinnier?

  • @Marisalovesrob that depends on how much weight you have to lose. If you have seen The Biggest Loser, they have extra skin and have plastic surgery to remove it. If you only have 50 lbs, you should not need surgery. I am not positive on this amount though. It varies depending on your height, AGE and body composition.

  • Will these exercises help with that fat that extends to the side from the boobs? The part that spills over the sides of bras? I really appreciate your videos, especially the helpful food shopping tips!

  • @TheBeccaFranklin To get rid of fat you must burn more calories than you consume - Exercises like this will help tone the area once enough fat has been removed. You can't spot reduce so a calorie conscious diet and regular exercise routine along with these exercises will help!

  • @SarahsFabChannel Thanks! I've been eating properly and exercising 4 times a week. I'm down 35 pounds Woo Hoo!!! I just can't seem to get this one area to fall in line. I'll bump up my chest work and keep trucking along. Also, Don't let anyone bum you out about being "Chunky." I think you have a great healthy body while keeping a feminine look. Its great to see a strong, healthy woman who doesn't look like a man!! Keep the videos coming :)

These examples are full of shit. You can't eat that much without getting fat unless you burn it all off, which would take running marathons to even get close to that level of caloric burn. Special diets do not make or keep you lean.

  • You mention several times that you lose overall body fat with diet, which I get. But doesn't cardio have a lot to do with that as well? If not, then why exercise? Why not just have a healthy diet?

  • @xxManpreetxx96xx my first tip was to go heavier on the weights. If you don't have any, push ups would be your better bet :/ I suggest investing in a pair. They are not that expensive and a healthy investment at the least.

  • When you work your chest a lot will your breast size decrease?

  • @Temichen77 If you lose overall body fat, you will lose a bit of volume on the breasts as well, but if you work out your chest as well, the muscle underneath the breasts will get toned. This will make them go up a little, and they will definitely look nicer!

  • @prettypeaparis the amount of fat cells in one area of the body will never be the same in another area. That's why we always have one thigh thicker than the other, for example. And that's why, when people gain weight, each one fattens in different parts of the body. There are some fat people that have thin arms and all the fat goes to their belly, butt and thighs.

  • @prettypeaparis In your case, you have more fat cells distributed in one armpit than the other. The only way to get rid of this is to decrease the size of these fat cells by health eating and exercise. Once you love your overall body fat and the armpit is looking nice, maintain it by not gaining weight, eating healthy and exercising, especially the chest, back, arms and shoulders. :)

  • great video but a quick note on that arnold press. It's more of a fluid continuous movement than a pause when bringing the weights from the front and up and then down and to the front again. there is a video of Arnold doing them correctly rather than everyone else doing them differently.

  • Good start, however, the best exercises to burn fat more quickly are associated with the largest muscle groups: glutes, quads, lats, pecs. Use compound movements to hit multiple muscles, which will burn calories faster. Heavier weight (6-8 reps/set) will also burn more calories. And don't worry about "bulking" ladies. Unless you've abnormal testosterone levels, you won't get big.

  • Perfect as I am getting into shape for my upcoming wedding in September! Definitely working on toning my arm/back area to look good in my strapless dress!

    I have been exercising 3-4 times a week and eating healthy by following a lot of your videos and advice and I lost 5 pounds since May already! 3 more to my goal of 130 lbs! Keep up the good work :-)
