@LichGeneral Warhammer Fantasy doesn't follow the fluff of 40k, some things are the same but it's still a completely separate universe. You can go check on the GW website and see that Slaanesh is in Warhammer Fantasy.

The Iron Warriors remove their mutations with robotic limbs. A lot of the members of Chaos are accepting of the mutations because they feel that they are gifts from Slaanesh.

I've seen many normal looking Chaos Space Marines. Honestly.
